A storyteller by birth, product guy by passion, and a growth guy by necessity, Phil brings 13+ years of startup success to Petrichor. He is an experienced growth and product marketer with success in B2B and B2C. Prior to Petrichor, Phil led growth at Hall Environments, Inc from seed stage through it’s 2019 acquisition and led customer growth at DUST Identity, Inc from Seed Stage through it’s $45m Series B, Phil drives growth through foundational brand strategy, customer acquisition, & product positioning.
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, Phil orchestrates successful cross channel marketing strategies that drove market penetration and revenue growth in both sectors. His ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and forge impactful partnerships is part of what sets Petrichor Strategy apart.
Gabe Jewell

Bio
Gabe has had a non-traditional career as a creative and curriculum developer in online entertainment, online learning, and travel media. He directed and created 15 courses for MasterClass during the company’s formative years (and consulted on dozens of others); his featured work includes courses taught by Steph Curry, Steve Martin, Timbaland, and Malcom Gladwell.
Gabe then co-founded and led MT Copeland, a venture-backed online platform that has connected over 20,000 tradespeople to beautiful learning media. His consulting work ranges across disciplines including entertainment, tech, sports, travel, private equity, CPG, advertising, and mental health. His work and content has been featured in Forbes, The New York Times, TechCrunch, Bloomberg, Rolling Stone, and the Webby Awards.
Gabe has a passion for the people, systems, and creative aspects of brand building, and getting to help passionate founders reach their people.

Jack brings 15+ years of professional experience to the table having cut his teeth building & scaling at fast paced startups like Uber, Motive, Whatnot, and more in NYC & SF. With pre-seed to scale up experiences across several industries and a “deep generalist” background spanning growth, ops, BD/partnerships, and product strategy, Jack is the growth hacker you want alongside as you build your go-to-market strategy and institute tactics to take your startup idea to the next level.
Jack believes that a balance of simple, scalable processes and a creative appetite for experimentation & rapid decision making are how the best technology products are built.
